When: 2 Day or 3 Day per week Program March 25- May 31

Where: 1321 Andover Blvd, Ham Lake, MN 55304

What: Customized Training Plans-Speed Training-Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation-Strength and Power Development

Times: Weekdays: 4pm, 5pm, 6pm or 7pm

Eligibility: PeeWee through collegiate age (both boys and girls!)
